Confirming the source of Davies updated data and Setting Weights

Need to confirm the source of the setting_weights data: https://github.com/njtierney/conmat/blob/master/R/data_setting_weights.R (raw file: https://github.com/njtierney/conmat/blob/master/data-raw/read_setting_weights.R)

Also the source/code of the Davies updated data - https://github.com/njtierney/conmat/blob/master/R/data-davies-age-extended.R - (raw data: https://github.com/njtierney/conmat/blob/08bfcd22b39f449f330c27e7a59f7009854250de/data-raw/susceptibility_clinical_fraction.R) as the documentation of the data states some methods around how it was derived but we don't have the code for this:
