I have a question regarding section 3.3 of this draft. That section defines the L2 metrics, which I hope are the ones we will actually communicate from servers to ingress edge devices. The text says that each service may have their own normalization method. That makes sense. There was a question raised during the meeting that is separate from that text, but related to it. How do we envision independent implementors of a given service will know how to normalize their metrics such that the ingress edge device can compare the normalized metrics. (I think it is achievable, I am just missing how we will do so.)
