Processors pipeline introduced a lot of possibilities and possible workflows for Holocron. We need to setup various examples.

Here's some ideas (though it's not a definition of done, and actual implementation may vary):

simple site, no blog
blog, with index processor
site with pretty URIs
site that uses restructuredtext instead of markdown
site that uses travis ci to deploy to github
