If you read the thread on the forum, it turns out that the display must be turned on a few seconds after turning on the TV-box, otherwise HDMI will not work. You can build the image and distribute it with these remarks. I don't work for Armbian, I did this for myself and in the hope that someone will get further using this. I'm trying to find ways to fix the current problems, but haven't been able to get any further yet.

Since the preinstalled Android also uses the 5.10 kernel, and Android doesn't have these problems with HDMI (that it doesn't work if the display is connected at the start of boot and HDMI audio doesn't work) - then apparently Rockchip gave the TV-box manufacturers the necessary patches. You can try to find engineers from Rockchip and ask them to publish these patches.

My skills are relatively weak, and I still don't know how to handle boxes without mirrors. I'll just wait for the official mirror of Armbian.
