This is a kick off of much larger task. Scheduler would give us the possibility to write a daemon, which can:

introduce time resolution for task

show notifications

run specific commands (like showing notifications) when a task starts (aka show notification, API request, ...)
run specific command specific time before a task starts (notification 15 minutes before meeting)
