Is there a way to use the search endpoint within an album? (API)

I would like to use the search function within a shared album. Is there any way of doing this currently within the API?

Currently with the search/ endpoints all the assets data is from the owner of the API key, there's no shared assets from other users.
If we could use the search function inside the shared album it would also return the other's user assets.

My use case : I would like to use this shared album for a custom kiosk app and control the filters on it.
