I have followed the instructions to create the image for MacBook Air from arnold's chromium image and eve (pixel book) recovery image. It was not booting past google logo on my MacBook Air.
The same image got booted and I could use it perfectly on a Lenovo Thinkpad.

Same issue with me on MacBook Pro 2016. I think it has something to do with this devices, booted it on an old Mac mini and everything worked fine, it keeps on a black screen.

As far as I know, Cloudready booted on my Mac, I am gonna try an alternative Chromium OS build and I notify progress soon :)

@MadhavChoudhary Hey, I just opened an issue that should help you a lot, this is to get the touchpad and keyboard working and should also benefit your MacBook.

Here is the issue: sebanc/brunch#258
