An example notebook to run the trained classifier

sample_idats contain the data to run the example notebook run_example.ipynb.

In case of any issues with dependencies, the notebook was tested with following package versions:

  1. For Python, a requirements.txt file is provided.

  2. The following bioconductor packages and versions were used in R:
