[ENHANCEMENT] Inclusion of Sustainability Criteria

Please elaborate here on the enhancement request.
Having a wide and diverse community of geographically-dispersed developers may be an indicator of the sustainability of the project and could be used as a SHOULD criteria in this document.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Sustainability section could be included with recommendations in this regard. However, one may argue that popularity is not a direct measure on software quality. At least, it may increase the Bus Factor [1].
