[ENHANCEMENT] How to deal with multiple licenses

Please elaborate here on the enhancement request.
Some code repositories need to handle different licenses for different parts of the code. This includes the fact of licensing docs and code when both coexist in the same repo.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a subcriterion within Docs category with the appropriate way to proceed in this case.

Additional context
Some code repositories might not be following the correct approach, such as concatenating different license texts in the same LICENSE file
