Describe the Bug

When Infernal Expansion is run alongside Amplified Nether and you go near or enter a Glowstone Canyon biome, worldgen slows down to a crawl.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Start game with IE and Amplified Nether loaded
  2. Create a new world
  3. Run /execute in the_nether run tp ~ ~ ~ to enter the Nether
  4. Run /locate biome infernalexp:glowstone_canyon to find a glowstone canyon
  5. Open chat, click the coordinates in the command output and press enter to teleport to the glowstone canyon biome
  6. Observe extremely slow worldgen

Expected Result

When these two mods are run together, chunks near or containing glowstone canyon biomes would generate as quickly as all other chunks.

Exactly the same problem here.

I am hosting a server on my own pc and playing with my friend. Whenever we get near the glowstone canyon the server tps drops dramatically, and the console spams
[net.minecraft.world.level.entity.PersistentEntitySectionManager/]: UUID of added entity already exists: FallingBlockEntity['FallingBlock']

Note that this only happens when I go near the shimmer sands area. My guess is that when the shimmer sand starts to fall it generates a duplicate entity and lags the game? Not entirely sure. Also I see no reason why amplified nether breaks it...
