Describe the Bug

Random crash on startup. mclo.gs attributes this to Infernal Expansion, and details it as a mod loading failure.

Reproduction Steps

N/A. Server-side error on startup. Inconsistent. Was asleep at the time it occurred so I can't tell what was going on in console at the time.

...err, normal startup?
