Create new boilerplate block with custom name

It would be great if functionality similar to wp boilerplate use_block --name=example was added so that the boilerplate block would be wp boilerplate create_block --name=customBlockName.

Describe the solution you'd like

The expected result is a block with the custom name, thus avoiding the need to rename the example block as we have done before
