problems with python client.py #307

Hi! I am using a Windows laptop and ran into this issue. This error happens in and out of admin command prompt. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Attached you will find what happens when I do the server.py that way you'll know what I see and it will probably provide better context.

Please help! Thank you!
