Atom validator rejects file with access protection #197

As it is written here https://inspire-reference.jrc.ec.europa.eu/vocabularies/tasks/share-spatial-data-set/provide-and-operate-download-service/control-access-download-service-if-necessary it is valid to place access protection on INSPIRE download services or, like in this case, the referenced datasets in an Atom Feed. For me that means the validator should also accept a 401 when testing the download of the data.
