合并官方中文语言包和中文版自带语言包 #7

首先 cat locales/vf_zh_CN/*.php > ./zh_CN.php

然后，执行 vanilla-locales-combine.php

分别加载中文版语言包和官方中文语言包文件，分别读取到各自的$Definition。然后，利用array_merge合并，如果了两边都有的，保留官方中文包的翻译。

中文版 1658 条
官方语言包 1885 条
合并以后 1910 条
