An easy task for a bot could be to import missing covers of german language books (ISBN13 starting with 9783) from Deutsche Nationalbibliothek. An example:

https://portal.dnb.de/opac/mvb/cover.htm?isbn=978-3-86820-922-8

Leaving out the dashes also works. ISBN10 don't work. They also have some covers of older books, but you would have to recalculate the ISBN13 from the ISBN10. 🤖
