I think it would be useful to document OAF/EDR/STA in the context of water data analysis. Currently, the documentation for all of these standards relies a lot on the specs which is hard for new users to parse through quickly.
If Andrew wants to be capturing some of this info anyways for our team, since it is not specific to us, I figure that it might be worthwhile making it public. There is a lot of info I have gained from the Oregon STA work that I think would be relevant to add this in the best practices section.
However, wanted to file this in case it is too tangential. If it is not directly related enough to Geoconnex then I could certainly skip this as well.
