[bug]: Update js-controller SyntaxError: Unexpected token

Describe the bug

When starting the js-controller update I'll get a
SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "<!doctype "... is not valid JSON

This happes since many admin and js-controller versions. Manual update via iob upgrade self works without any issues

Expected behavior

update works ;)

It is known that the ui upgrade before 7.0.2 can fail. Better check if 7.0.2 to 7.0.3 works again.

Forum: Geht klar.
Ich bin auf 7.0.2 und will auf 7.0.3. Und hab bei installiertem 7.0.2 den Fix laufen lassen.
