Player widget - different datapoints for play and pause

The Player widget supports one object ID to control play or pause:

The Alexa2 Adapter has two different datapoints for Amazon Echo diveces to control play and pause.
State is readonly and can't used to toggle play or pause:

Is it possible to enhance the Player widget to have the option to use two different datapoints to cotrol play and pause?
