[Enhancement]: Reduce log entries

The problem

If a device is not reachable, the adapter "spams" the log every few seconds.

Maybe it would be a good idea to increase the frequence of such errors. In my case, the shelly has a problem and I can't fix it in the next hours, so my log is full of such errors
