Create a notebook that shows how to use ioos_qc for glider data.

xref.: ioos/ioos_qc#58 and ioos/notebooks_demos#410

Specifically, I'd like to see a config file to run the suite of qartod tests on the temperature and salinity variables on a single glider DAC NetCDF file that was previously created. I've read the doco on running tests on NetCDF files and writing the results to a new NetCDF file. But I'm a bit unclear on what the config file for this scenario would look like. For example, configuration to run all tests on the variables and provide results on the individual tests as well as an aggregated flag.

@kerfoot I'm curious if you have an example file, or if we should use any single file from the already qc'd data on the Glider DAC THREDDS or ERDDAP?

@MathewBiddle We had a brief call with @kwilcox and @ocefpaf last week on this to address our questions. Based on their answers and suggestions, we are in the process of submitting some issues and examples. Should be getting them posted next week.

@MathewBiddle we got some example data and specific issues to address. It will require some back-n-forth coding/fixing stuff but we should have a notebook example soon.
