Add the more details in the bucket details page #1902

The bucket details page only lists bucket transactions:

https://iotexscan.io/bucket/13207

It's very useful to also have all other details of the bucket in the header:

bucket owner
voted for (candidate name)
staked amount
lock time
counting down from ...(stakeStartTime) // only if StakeLock is OFF
StakeLock

For example:

simonerom assigned taozhiyuzhuo
