Inconsistent compound classes between HCA and PCA

Hi,
with the showcase data, after filtering intensity>1000, fold>2
the PCA annotation Legend has "Indole"
same filtering in HCA annotation Legend is missing "Indole"

In HCA selecting this missing compound class "indole" causes error "Error in [[: subscript out of bounds".
