In the R version of {geobr}, I've made an importante update to the read_health_facilities() , which from v1.9.0 has a new parameter date. This will allow users to access data on the existing health facilities different in different dates of reference. As I write this issue, {geobr} includes dates for 201505 and 20303, but the plan is to have at least one update of this data set per year.
I'm opening this issue for the Python development team to make this change on the python version of {geobr} .
