There can be multiple versions of the scripts that interpret the data flowing into the consortium contract(s).
We'd like to split out the repos for that, one with the smart contracts - and others with the consortium implementations.

Daemon script

Proxy Script ( chaining ETH with IPFS) => IPFSConsortiumProxy

Docker image ( with or without IPFS )

Docker image => IPFSConsortiumDocker
