Need to agree on some common structure of pages.
Could then build a GitHub template.

I think we should go with bookdown as it seems you have previous experience, and it looks really good!

OK, I'll make the structure today or tomorrow.

I think we are done with this one now. Next is to start to fill with content and get some structure for the first sections/chapters.

I think we have the global structure.
But, we don't have some (detailed) template for the wiki pages.
As we agreed to, everyone should try to make one page by the end of January, and then we'll agree on some common format taking the best ideas of each page.
