Red icon on volume - stop working

Additional context
After reboot (maybe after last windows update yesterday) - it show red in tray and stop working at all.

After turning on my BlueTooth earphones - it start working.
And after turn off earphones - it continue to show and change volume of that earphones. Few versions ago - it make switch to now current device. But in this update - something broken.
