Feature request for different course code formatting support

Feature requested:
Currently, the course code formatting requires a course to be entered in a format similar to this:
LE-ENG-1101-4.00
Which requires the user to manually change the course code copied from the schedule to match the formatting. (The one used on the schedule (at class schedule view on https://myonlineservices.students.yorku.ca/node/357) looks like this:

The requested feature is addition of support for this course code format
LE/ENG 1101 4.00
i.e. [char][char][/][char][char][char][whitespace][4 character int][whitespace][4 character float]

Reason feature requested:
It would eliminate the time needed to manually change the course code formatting.
