The Sentinle-1 SLC processed with IPF 2.36 requires a specific treatment which if not applied it will result in significant discontinuity between the subswath of interferometric phases.
More info on the issue and the correction algorithm is here
Describe the feature request
The Sentinel-1 reader needs to read the IPF version (carry the IPF version as metadata), check for IPF 2.36 and apply the correction to the SLC data. This means that the SLCs from version 2.36 needs to be written to disk.
The correction algorithm is described here and here is our isce2 implementation of this correction.
Computing the correction requires a static calibration file which does not change for different dataset. It's a small file perhaps we should just add it to the repo.
