7f06caf introduces the jstl-1.2.jar library already in WEB-INF/lib folder of System Management front-end project as a work-around for PWC6188 problem about JSTL import in Jetty; however, library should be imported by Maven at compilation time.

As per 7c12106, looks like the only way to import the Java Standard Tag Library is by manually including its JAR in WEB-INF/lib folder.
