Create a Manager's Block with links like "Add an item to the repository"

Suggested at Meeting 2 during Islandora Conference.
"Add an item to the repository" as a menu link could let you add an object without the step of finding a collection, opening its manage tab, and clicking "add an object" - of course the first step could be to select a collection.

This could be integrated with other easy ingest tasks, such as the configurable ingest shortcuts.
