Possibilità di sovrascrivere gli EntityID e le Location da env #262

Sarebbe utile la possibilità di sovrascrivere gli entityID (ora configurati come https://localhost:8443 .... ) senza dover modificare i file:

idp_demo.json
idp.json
server.json

ma passando per le variabili di ambiente, in questo modo non è necessario ricompilare il container ogni volta che viene fatta la modifica.

Inoltre, in questo modo, risulta possibile utilizzare l'immagine già presente su DockerHub.
