Can't SFTP to Debian 10

Describe the bug
SFTP authentication failing with max retries reached error.

To Reproduce

1. Add 16 keys to ssh-agent. SSH Server has "MaxAuthTries 32"
2. Now SSH/SFTP from terminal, working fine, Other SSH/SFTP tools also able to authenticate successfully.
3. Now SSH/SFTP via CyberDuck, the authentication is failing with max retries reached... error, If I set MaxAuthTries more than double the keys in key-agent in order it to work.

Expected behavior
It should be able to authenticate successfully as all my ssh servers have higher max retry limit (higher than the keys in key-agent)
