Plan:

Generate reports using coverlet in Github Actions.
Build a converage HTML report using ReportGenerator
Parse a basic percentage to show in a badge.
Use this example to show a badge: https://github.com/emibcn/badge-action/
Push the reports to a branch that is setup with github pages.
