Watch list and trakt.tv lists contents not getting hits from streamio

The script seems to be connected to plex, trakt, and rd. I can see the logs trying to add the content, however nothing is ever found. This started recently. Only things I have done differently is that I went from a completely local setup to a reverse proxy setup using a cloud vps.

I refreshed all to tokens so I don't believe this is the problem. If I manually add a torrent or use debrid media manager, the content appears in plex. But the plex watchlists and followed trakt lists are not getting hits. I'm sourcing from torrentio, which I think is the problem, and let's say I have Kids (1995) added to plex watchlist. The log shows the following:

Could be torrentio is broken but not sure. If I add this manually (tpb) or with dmm it works.

One other thing I noticed is that it's searching extra years.. not sure why and if that is by design

I think I understand the problem now. My recent config created a tunnel to my vps which actively blocks torrentio. Disabling the tunnel managed to get hits.
