* Use options() instead of add_options()

* addSkip() and addDeprecated() will not be called
  - varied error classes, no more hard-coded error handlers
  - check for error classes in addError instead

* addError() and addFailure() will not get capt or tb_info arguments
  - these values are accessible in the test, if present.

  - optional package argument is never passed
