enhancement: way to delete scenarios

Deleting a scenario would break every subsequently indexed permalink

Slim fix might be choosing a value a scenario we want to deprecate could be changed to (maybe false or "deleted"), and catching this to show a deprecation message in the view.

Solution to this would also need to exclude these deprecated scenarios from the random scenario selector behaviour.
