Taxonomy reference implementation

Now that Taxonomy Manager is out and data-fetching support has been added , let's put together a use-case for our demo site and build a reference implementation.

Ideas for reference implementation:

• Show taxonomy category on page
• Create taxonomy pages dynamically that will list all content in this taxonomy
• Show related content at the bottom of the page for cross-promotion
