Next 15 is out

Let's upgrade the starter and see what issues we face

Worth noting:

  • New caching strategy of 'use cache' with dynamicIO is interesting
  • New fetch caching strategy, off by default - might need review
  • All headers() and cookies() became async, but this is likely not affecting us yet.
