Better Group Navigation #58
Comments
I fully imagine that it is related to the "improved" discussions. "Enhanced" rubrics also broke a lot of stuff. For the most part, you should assume that any old code is unsupported right now unless I need to use it for my teaching. We lost a server in February that had 30 years of my content on it and I'm scrambling to re-create content for my classes and the code that gets students into/out of Canvas plus all the utilities I had written. We're also undergoing a SIS migration that I'm going to have to rewrite what I'm recreating right now for. If I find a break sometime, I may look into it, but don't hold your breath. Canvas is breaking things faster than I can fix them. If someone else can track down the issue and create a patch that doesn't substantially alter the code, I may do a quick test and apply it. |
Oh gosh, I'm so sorry to hear that James. I appreciate your response. I
hope you have a nice weekend!

Unfortunately, I cannot get the Better Group Navigation script to run in Canvas discussions any longer. Now, when I switch to a new group, I am brought to the new group's homepage instead of the discussion topic I was viewing. Perhaps this has to do with the discussion redesign Instructure rolled out?
