Pipeline Operator

Implemented Pipeline Operator, i did use #139 and #261 to understand the problem.

You can use | or |>

let data = {
   variable: "MyAwesomeVariable",
   pipelineOne: function(value){
      return value.toLowerCase();
   },
   pipelineTwo: function(value){
      return value + " two";
   }
}

{{ variable | pipelineOne }}

{{ variable |> pipelineOne }}

{{ variable |> pipelineOne  |> pipelineTwo }}

Travis had a error with.

util.js:538
  ctor.prototype = Object.create(superCtor.prototype, {
                                          ^
TypeError: Cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined

will I need a configuration or something?
