portroach does not detect tomcat updates

portroach does not correctly detect updates for Apache Tomcat.
It appears to think that 'v6'/'v7'/'v8' is the non-version part of the distname, because it has the assumption that the directory name matches the distname, which is not the case for tomcat (e.g.: www/tomcat/v7).
