portroach says that "old" version of cad/xtrkcad is newer than current version #20

cad/xtrkcad is a sourceforgeproject, and it shows the 4.0.2 version from 2008 as newer than the
current 4.2.1 version see:

took me a while to find them, going from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xtrkcad-fork/files/XTrackCad/
