When manually installing ufw using setup.py (python2.7 ./setup.py install) the following error occurs:
python2.7 ./setup.py install
error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'locales/mo'
In setup.py on lines 141-143:
if len(os.listdir('locales/mo')) == 0: subprocess.call(["make", "mo"]) self.copy_tree('locales/mo', i18ndir)
It references the folder name and filetype as "mo" instead of "po". By changing "mo" to "po", it ran without error.

It also appears that the locales/mo folder is only created via the Makefile.
