I just discovered Stipple Effect, and I'm wondering if it can be used to do palette-based color cycling?
I'm the developer behind Mark Ferrari's Living Worlds pixel art scenes and I've been forming a community of color cycling artists, both for its own sake and with the idea of creating a new set of living worlds with new artists.
I've put together a list of color cycling tools, and I'd love to add Stipple Effect if it's possible. I'm guessing it must be, considering the scripting aspect, but I'm curious if you have any thoughts about what would be involved.

Either way, bravo on this powerful tool!
