including RRP Extruder with variations for the Kossel
Removed mounting holes not required for the mini kossel implementation. Added Chamfers to remove requirement to fettle, increased hole size slightly, removed the pointless 1/4 nut traps on the tensioner and included RRP's library.scad for the bearing 623 model.
Also a hole for a N2 posipan screw added to top of delrin carriage to act as an adjustable endstop trigger

This is a minor rehash of the base from "Kossel spool top mount by T0bs" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:392948 with his brackets and our own design of turntable to hold a 608 bearing and a printed spacer washer
