basebox requirements:

Chef 11 preinstalled (ideally with an auto-update mode Chef 11.2 -> 11.4 -> ...)
with default vagrant SSH keys
64-bit ?
debian/ubuntu based ?

ideally found in chef/vagrant community, so we can rid of maintaining it... below some "basebox" repositories:

https://opscode-vm.s3.amazonaws.com/vagrant/boxes/opscode-ubuntu-12.04.box,... (referenced by test-kitchen, but where is the official list of boxes???)
