we're currently facing issues with some builds, it would be nice to be able to get a more detailed log output from the container.
usually, this can be achieved by pressing a key (G?) during build.

todo: investigate whether this works for the container and whether or not latexrun and/or pdflatex themselves have options for controlling output verbosity
