Update OAuth Scopes #12

Right now, it appears that the scope "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/source.read_write" is required, but "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform" is a typical default that should include access to all APIs. Please update this plugin so that it works if only the cloud-platform scope is enabled.
